Message: "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again."

When trying to obtain a return label from an eBay email, I get the  

"We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again." message. I click on the blue box that says "See Return Details" and it won't show anything but the that message in eBay.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase before using the link to print the label from an email.
