Item return shipping lable

EBay sent me an email with a link to down load a shipping label. When I click on the link I get I get a notice that my request can not be processed due to a technical error. I'm not able to get anywhere with EBay Customer Service about this problem. Called the seller and they said I would have to contact EBay and give them the Error Code. The Error message doesn't provide any code. Does any one have any suggestions?

You may have to try more than once and maybe more than just today.  Someone was just saying there is an issue with shipping today and the label will likely work, but it may  take a couple tries.

Customer service is not going to be able to help you much with this, but if a day or two goes by and it doesn't work, you  might try contacting eBay help through Facebook.  They  tend to be more knowledgeable and respond faster.

You won't get a return shipping label @romagome with any of the steps you tried. And not when you retry later, either.

Meanwhile, your time is running out. 

Instead, leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook, and tell eBay you need a return shipping label.
