Item broken when arrived

Received a Carote glass  pot lid from a seller ( John Odlerna )  on 5/1/25 , but the lid was shattered in million pieces when package opened . Would like a refund on the purchase. Willing to return the broken lid to seller if needed.

Please, advice of any further action needed

You need to open a an INAD (item not as described - doesn't match description), seller should send you a return shipping label.  If they don't, return after 4 days and ask ebay to step in.  You can start the process by viewing the item in your purchase history and clicking on the upper right hand corner for options.

It would be useful to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee so that you understand the buyer protection you have with eBay.  In the meantime ... here's what to do about the broken lid:

• File a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing 'Doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request.  Include photos of the item if asked to do so.
• If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in.  eBay will do the rest.

Thanks for cleaning up after me on the details.😺
