I can’t return item cause eBay doesn’t have it listed as a purchase I made

Sellers are not required to accept Returns

Sellers are required to make REFUNDS.

 Open a Not As Described claim and get your money back.

Dispose of the item as you wish.

We don't even know whether it was a NAD return or just remorse. 

But the buyer is unable to open any claim through ebay because they went to their credit card company, losing the ability to go through the order.
