eye wear won't accept my return. told me to take it up with you. tried to get a shipping label but youwont' give me one because you respond I have a dispute. with you. I wouldn't have a dispute with you if you would just send me a shipping label . you don't have a customer service phone to talk to anyone. I have spent so much time trying to return these sunglasses. Seller apologizes but says they can't do anything and to talk to you. Talk to you? there is no one to talk to and you just respond robotically.

There's your problem. You have 2 different ebay accounts and the item you purchased was not on the account on which you tried to return it.
Go to the other account to find that purchase.
ETA: I see that you purchased the item using your @kap56276 as evidenced by the feedback you received from the seller. So THAT is the account that has to request the return.
ETA #2: The seller DOES have a return policy and if you request the return on your correct account (the one that made the purchase), they WILL accept it. They even have free returns, meaning they pay for the return shipping label.

I contacted the seller and they said"we apologize we can't return. contact eBay . eBay sends me to return it and it wasn't listed. when I finally realized it was a guest, I had already filed a dispute. now when I try to return it as a guest, eBay tells me they can't help me cause I filed a dispute about this item. I am tired of this spending hours trying to return it and nobody to talk to .

I have contacted the seller 3 times and they say it's up to eBay to manage the returns.

Yup, once you open a dispute with your payment source, ebay steps out of the picture.
Had you gone about it the right way and waited to open the return request through the listing, you wouldn't have had to file with the c.c. company. You jumped the gun.

If you contacted the seller on your @ankapla_0 account, they were correct in telling you that they can't accept the return because they didn't do business with you on that account. You must request the return on the account that bought the item, which was your @kap56276 account.

I couldn't open the return because it wasn't included in the listing. because I didn't realize about the guest thing and nobody gets back to you you are the first human to even respond to me. American Express is backing me up until you send me a way to return these sunglasses. I can't contact eyewear because you make it impossible for me to email as all my passwords are not good anymore. I am tired of recreating new passwords. just send me the shipping labels or contact eyewear island cause I can't seem to. eyewear island never said to me maybe you paid as a guest. they just said eBay takes returns not them. they know I bought the sunglasses.

Go to your order and under "other actions," click on contact seller.
The problem is that it's now too late to return it through the order. Once you went to the c.c. company, you and the seller lost the ability to return it through the proper channel.

well, maybe eBay should have contacted me after I made so many attempts with seller and then eBay. eBay just came directing to info regarding returns.

You apparently don't understand that we are fellow members here ... NOT eBay. [None of us have been sending you messages. 🙂 ]
You apparently contacted the seller from a different account you used to purchase the item ... so the seller was unable to help you, as they didn't see that you made any purchases with the account you contacted them with.
Everybody makes mistakes ... but please don't blame your seller or eBay for yours. It's not fair for the seller to be out both the money and their item ... PLUS to be charged an extra $20 because you're doing a chargeback.

The seller couldn't help because you were trying to do the return through your other account.
If you had done the return through this account, the one you bought the item on, it would have been simple.
