As a buyer; Package eventually received but due to failed delivery scan; the USPS status forever stuck in “awaiting delivery” with “out for delivery” as last known status. eBay just shows shipped with no delivery confirmation.
The item was not as described/damaged and wish to return so I opened an INAD. Will the above USPS status interfere? Is it necessary to take the actual package/box with shipping label down to local PO to be scanned? or let eBay do their thing as seller is not providing return label.
