I sold a small 3 CD box set on ebay, I know they played fine when they were In my possession and I tested all 3 discs before I shipped them, now the buyer is saying they are scratched and wants a refund? I don't want to accept a return but from everything I'm reading it sounds like I have to, unless anyone else have any other ideas? I seriously believe the buyer rec'd them, copied them and now wants their money back but I'm open to any and all suggestions.

If the buyer opens a request for an item not as described, you will have to accept the return or ebay will process it for you. If your listing states that you do not accept returns (covers buyers remorse only), the ebay Money Back Guarantee out trumps your return policy with an INAS. So ebay will make the refund for you & you may also loose the item.
Just ask your buyer to open a return, then accept it & issue a refund when you get your item back.
