I keep getting an error message saying "A return option is missing or not valid." when listing

So out of nowhere after getting extra listings at request by ebay, the ebay app has been acting super funky and has green checkmarks on every section saying certain things are "applied" which is whatever. The problem is what once I go to list something, a message pops up saying I can't list anything becuase my Return policy isn't valid.

This shouldn't be an issue because I'm using the same return policy I've always used. All of my listings share it (well, most of them do for sure) and now all of a sudden it pops up...

"A return option is missing or not valid. Update your return options."

When there's no reason.

To top it all off, when I go to my desktop to do the order it's able to list the item just fine! no issues whatsover. However this is a slower process for me because I take pictures of my product with my phone so I'd like to be able to avoid this.

 Rules are "If the seller doesn't offer returns, the buyer must request a return no later than 3 calendar days after ..." but machine needs to understand you are listing a Trading Card. It could be the chosen Category.

Use your P C. Or change browser, if you can, I don't think you can. I don't see anything wrong here. Machine isn't reading your input. 

Go to your P C and use Google Chrome.

I don't have a problem on PC at all. It's just the app. That's the issue though lol.

I want to be able to use the app. It's like 10x more convenient for me.

eBay app is an optimized universal program and many devices have problems and limitations with it. No one could scan a QR code for a label till two months ago.

This normally happens when your IPhone, IPad, or IPod touch isn't functioning with latest operating software system, so eBay app isn't designed for it anymore. Simply said; it's your device.

Delete the old & existing app, make sure to clear/empty your Recently Deleted box. Upload the available eBay app from your app store. That should do the trick!

I'm having this exact problem and it's also for cards. Ebay has been really weird today, and I've seen several complaints about login and label printing issues. I'm thinking this is an ebay glitch, and hoping it will resolve itself

In the meantime, I'm just making all the drafts with my phone and then listing the drafts from my computer. It's not great, but it is the simplest path forward for now

That is not a helpful answer. We want to be able to list items on our phones too.

The app should function correctly and it needs to be fixed by ebay's team.

Saying to "just use your PC" is like saying you are having trouble with your car and you want it fixed because its more fuel efficient and the mechanic says "just drive your truck, you'll still get to work".

And it is not our phones issue software on our end either. It can be fixed if ebay fixes it. My wife and I have two of the newest phones on the market with all current updates, one being Apple and the other Android and both have the same issue. This is a issue on Ebay's end that would really be nice if it were fixed.

Etsy had a very similar issue except their glitch lies in it not registering the shipping policy zip code. Very irritating for both.

Same here I have sold 600 items 100% and everything I try to list does the same thing . They keep screwing up eBay I’m trying other places like FB Marketplace I’m tired of it.
