I cannot recieve my refund!

Hi, i started a refund request at 28th October, and its accepted by Ebay. And Ebay said i should take my money within 3-5 business days. But still i cannot recieved my refund yet. And i noticed one thing. My address name and my card name are mismatching. And, on the payment page, I saw my address name instead of my card name. Do you think this could be a reason? Or what? How can i do anything about this problem? How can i reach ebay with message? Thanks.

Your linked account is probably not set up to go quite right. Everything must match per vertabim (same letters, numbers and case). This seems to be the normal hiccup, it's all online and automated. Make sure the routing numbers are right.

Well, today is the fifth business day. Regardless, it really shouldn’t matter your name in your eBay profile, your address, etc. The refund should be going through back to your payment source. If the information was good enough to charge a credit card, it should be fine to be refunded that way

It takes a few days to a whole billing cycle to appear as a credit on your card activity.

eBay processes refunds within 24 hours.  The rest of the processing time varies … depending on the credit card used.  It may just be too early to see your refund back on your card.  

You can call the number on the back of your card and ask whether a refund is pending.
