I am being scammed empty box

I’m trying to head this off at what might be Happening.  I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus and I got a box with an empty android phone box instead.  Since buying the item another reviewer posted a scam feedback as well on the seller (wasn’t there when I purchased).

I had to file an item not as described and I hoped they wouldn’t reply and just be done, but accepted a return.  Now I’m concerned I’m going to be scammed. 

My eBay account is from 2002. I have 100% feedback on hundreds of buys and many sells. I hope this doesn’t jeopardize my account.   

What can happen from here?

First you send the empty box back using the label provided by eBay.

I can see the listing for the phone you purchased

• This is a new seller who does not know how to scam well.  He has listed with no returns, which means that he does not have any power in the return process.
• When the phone arrives, he'll have 2-3 days to refund the money.  If he doesn't, ask eBay to step in.
• You'll get back all your money.

Next time buy that from a real factory dealer.  Scammers come " out of the woodwork " with Apple items.

Also, always use a credit card to pay for the added protection they offer.

Your scammer is new at this or they would have used the fake tracking number scam.

Hi, contact support for each step, but if ebay doesn't want to refund, then contact the bank and they will make ebay do it
