Hi guys! Maybe someone has dealt with the Authenticity Guarantee: a GUCCI bag that was supposedly bought from me turned out to be somewhere on the authenticity experts. Two days later, they sent me a letter that the bag did not have the correct description and it was not genuine. Having received a return package with a bag and opening it, I was very upset, the bag was simply broken, disassembled, the logo was unscrewed and the bolts disappeared, they are simply not in the package. How to trust these "Guarantee of Authenticity" specialists? Before putting the bag up for sale, I consulted with my local experts, they said with firm confidence that the authenticity bag.

Are you sure you got your own bag back or did someone at this place substitute a counterfeit that was taken apart? There have been some issues posted here about those "authenticators."

If the bag wasn't authentic you can't sell it and it should be destroyed. Maybe they wanted to make sure you couldn't resell it anywhere else.

And we know that every judgement call is always correct don't we. I would stay away from that entire program. It's become such a boondoggle.

Hello! The bag was bought for money and a lot also in the store. It would be possible to use this bag itself. They have no right to do so. Or maybe they took the real parts to their fake bag. Now you can't trust anyone, you have to check everything.

Hello! Not sure if mine. And the photos were closed, and I only had them there to check.
I can’t get through to them, I filed an appeal, they immediately covered it up.
