For 7 days I have sent msgs. to a seller of ink cartridges and NO replies. I have now tried to request a refund by clk'n on the product ordered, then clk'd on "defective", but then can't get to a "send key" as it requires a photo. I have no way of taking a photo. Any suggestions as how I can by-pass in order to forward the refund request?
Is there no other way to request help from Ebay?

If they request a photo, you need to send a photo. Do you have a friend or a relative with a cell phone? Perhaps they can help you? Is the product small/lightweight ? Can you take it to your local library? There you can get online on a tablet, take a photo and email it to Ebay. A librarian can help you. To use a library tablet, you will need a library card. To get a library card, you will need your ID and a recent utility bill that shows your name and address.
