How to issue return label on a no-return policy item

How do I send a customer a return label with my no-return policy? I sent the wrong item, the customer wants to send the item back. Thanks!

You just send the return label the same as you would if it was being returned for any reason.

BTW, you didn't ask, and I understand this buyer did not open a case, but, if/when any buyer does open an item not as described case, your "no returns" stance will mean nothing in the face of eBay's Money Back Guarantee, which, incidentally, all sellers need to read as well as all buyers.

If there's no case, there's no 'return' label?? I thought all return labels were automated; if a buyer opens a return case and seller approves (for a no return policy/remorse)- then a label can be created. If buyer opens a NAD, return label is provided without seller approval.

But, with no 'return', where does it come from?

It sounds like we need to read that face of eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, sellers, and everyone, ourselves?

When I have had a NAD opened I have been given the option to choose to have eBay provide the label, (default) or to do one myself. YMMV

Thanks for the input everyone. Apparently my problem was issuing the refund before the return label. So my process was backwards I realize now.
