After receiving the item on 26.12.2024, My customer has initiated a case to return the item.(Reason for return Ordered by mistake) I sent it to him with a return label. My customer is not giving me an answer. This order is mine
I fear sales will be affected. Please explain to me what to do with this. Kindly explain me how to do it without any mistake affecting my customer's happiness and my business. Thank you

You sent the buyer a label but since your return policy is that buyers pay return shipping (for remorse returns, which this would be), you just have to wait for the buyer to return it. There's no need to contact the buyer.
If he doesn't return it by the date stated in the return request, the case will close automatically and if it doesn't, you can go to the order and ask ebay to close it.
It's possible that the buyer may not have realized how much it would cost to pay return shipping and just decided to keep the item.
If he does return it, you have 2 days to issue a refund. If it's an item on which you have "free" shipping, he gets a full refund.
If it's an item on which he paid a shipping charge, you aren't required to refund for the original shipping.
