Hello guys, so I returned this item back to the seller since it wasn’t as the seller described. Now eBay asked me to return the item using ebays return label but since I didn’t have a printer at the time, I returned the item by paying for the postage myself, hence have a separate tracking number. Now I want to add this to my items return request, but I do not see any way to do it. The seller agreed to refund upon delivery but has not done so, even though it has been 4 days since the item was delivered. I have the tracking number, it has been delivered, but I don’t have any means of adding this information to my account. Kindly help me out, this seller seems to be incompetent.

This @killaboybill994 is super easy. eBay assumes we're all scammers, so when we buy our own return label, we can no longer add that tracking number to the return, and the seller can pretend they've not received the return. Instead, click "Contact eBay on Messenger" at Facebook here like this
then leave your name, email, and the postcode in your kingdom over there. Give eBay your return tracking number, and ask eBay to step in, to get your refund.
