How to Refund for Return Label once Return is Closed

I had a return request for a shirt that didn't fit the customer correctly, then agreed to pay for return postage as well.  The refund included the original shipping, but not the return shipping.  In hindsight, I should have sent a return label, but I thought I could refund it after the fact.

I am unable to re-open the return or find a way to refund the return shipping to this buyer, as I promised.

Can someone help me with this?  Thanks so much!
