I am extremely frustrated. I sought and rec'd what was described by the seller as a Samsung A54 factory unlocked cell phone with 8gb Ram. A return request was triggered when I emailed the seller, asking if he had any unlocked cell phone, as this one was Xfinity locked, which I cannot use on my n network, and has only 6 gb ram, not the 8gb described. Now the case is somehow reported closed, which is unfair as I just was trying to communicate with the seller .. not close the unresolved case. I need to escalate to Ebay for their help, but find no way to get that. All attempts go in circles... that case i request is closed and as apparently unappealable!!! have spent hours and hours on this and find No way to contact Ebay for help. This is so unfair. How can I get Ebay to talk and/or email me? I am confident they'll reverse charges as item delivered is not as described, which I can prove.. Thank you.

I have a simuliar situation, I bought a defective part and Ebay closed the case and cannot return it, lost 201,00 dollars. I found a fix for that, USE AMAZON, i purchased a part thru Amazon that was defective, told Amazon what was wrong and a new one was shipped and didnt have to pay for it, I was given a QR code and I sent the failed part back with no HASSLE.
