How do I refund a customer?

How do I refund a customer? The item shipped and was received but there was an issue and I want to refund the full price.

If you want the item back before refunding, have the buyer open a return case and follow the process. 

If you just want to refund upfront without a return, go to the Orders tab and find the item.  The pulldown there will have an option to refund.
