My son bought a bundle of 3 Pokemon tins from a seller. He opened it in front of me and his mom (shipping box as well) as it was bought with birthday money so it was like a birthday present for him. He opened the tin and said the card packs weren't from the right set. Also the number of packs in each tin was 4 AND the packs were opened! I don't know much about pokemon so I googled what the tins were supposed to be and sure enough, he was right. The packs were not what was supposed to be in tin, there should have been 5 packs as well. He opened a case, returned the product (I brought him to the post office to do so) and everything. Then he lost the case. So not only did he lose his money, he don't even have any pokemon cards either. Is there anything we can do?

What kind of case did you open? For an item not as described, he should have won.

If he opened an item not received case, thats the wrong reason. See if he can open an item not as described case now.

@jdterrell20 You should re read the eBay Money Back Guarantee again to see what options you had available. Hopefully these were not terribly expensive.

Like @bonjourami asked. Exactly what kind of case did you open? Was it a return case? If so, what was the reason selected for the return?
All is not lost. Just help us with a little more information.

The correct case that needed to be opened was not as described. If it was paid for by credit card, contact your card company.
What case was opened?
