How do I access the page where I can enter my phone number for a callback from ebay

Does someone have the ebay number where you can enter your phone number to get a callback from ebay for live person help??

I don't think you 'call' a number to get a callback

I think they link is an option at the bottom of the help page you are researching.

There are 2 options. 1 to chat online, and one for a call back.

Since it is a dynamic URL, I am unable to post a direct URL and be positive the links/options show up, but if you poke around trying to find online help, they will eventually show up on the bottom of the page.

For me, it is right at the bottom of this page

Thanks so much for replying.  Unfortunately that help message was not at the bottom of your link but I finally chose the chat option and when I asked that agent for a callback link he did send me one.  So that solved my problem.

That option seems to come up entirely randomly. Not sure if it is caused by the time of day or day of the week but I have seen it on some occasions and at other times it is nowhere to be found. Here is a screenshot when I test at 8:05 MTN time on a Monday morning.

Going through the steps gave me these choices. Below is the one for removing a defect.

Available choices do change depending on which problem you are having.
