Is this the same laptop you were in here asking about how to get the 4 day payment requirement waived for? If so, the seller seems to have a pretty poor feedback profile, mostly for shipping/packaging issues.
Are you certain you really want to risk the purchase? And with the poor communications you've mentioned, I can't see it going well for you. Even with the MBG backing you up.
If you have owned a dachshund, no explanation is necessary.

Why would you even buy it if the seller is not answering you?
What is it with "complaining?" Im not sure what that would accomplish.
IF you buy this you can use the MBG available to buyers. Please read it so you know what is covered.

You have questions about a used item. Seller does not answer your questions for whatever reason.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee protects you if what you receive is not what was described.
But it would be much better for you to simply hit the back button and find another computer.

Does the phrase: You are a sucker mean anything to you>
If no communication move on:
do not purchase such from that user.

In other news, you can have 150 negative/neutral seller feedbacks in 12 months and still be considered "One of eBay's most reputable sellers".

If a seller does not respond to my questions, or I find their answers to be "off," I simply move on to another seller. I would never buy from a seller who is uncommunicative, especially before a sale...
