Hi there! I recieved message about my order the winter long lapel that they will return to the seller there is factory  defect and they will refund and return the money. Is that true? How you can return? I have problem of my card so request to change it in that case where you put my money as for now you cannot return in my card in bank.

I'll take a stab.

1) If your order can't be filled by the seller, ask that they cancel the order. You'll receive a credit.

2) If you received a defective product, go to the item in your Purchase History and click the big, blue 'Return this item' button, select that the item was defective and submit. You'll be provided with a return label so that you can get the item back to the seller. You'll receive a credit when it is back to the seller.

3) With either method, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment... no way around it.

No @jiesepo-78 it's a big fat lie.

If you pay for return shipping yourself 

- your seller will never repay you for the return shipping. 

The item you send back will never be delivered 

- so you will never get a refund: Because you paid for return shipping, eBay holds you responsible for the delivery. 

Instead, click "Return this item" to start an "Arrived damaged" return request: 

Completely stop talking to the seller. After 3 business days, come back to click Ask eBay to step in, to get your prepaid return label.
