I sold an item, the description was correct, and same with the photos. But the title was not. And now they want a refund.
The title said that it had Wi-Fi but the photos clearly showed it without the option (only Ethernet) and the description did not mention it having that option.
So do I accept the return? And if I do does it hurt my seller performance?

Yes accept the return. No accepting the return won't hurt your seller performance, it will only hurt your seller performance if you allow eBay to refund the buyer for you.
You get a defect in your metrics for the not as described return however.

Ebay policy CLEARLY explains that sellers are 100% responsible for their listings. That includes providing a clear title and description.
Yes accept the return and pay for return shipping.

I agree with the other two, accept the return. You are the one that messed up, and it is on you to make it right. I accepted a return on a $24 movie because I didn't put two words in the title: screener copy. Sometimes you just have to eat return shipping costs.

Make it an even 4 accept the return, send the return label. Chalk this one up to a learning experience.
As long as you do what is suggested you will not get a defect.

The title is part of the description. It has to match the item. As the others have stated, accept the return. You won't get a mark over it as long as you accept.
