Hi, i bought an iPhone 7, but the seller gave me an iPhone 6 and doesn't want to answer me. How can I get refunded please?

Locate the item in you 'my ebay' under 'purchases'

Far right- blue button that says 'return'

Use 'Not As Described' as the 'reason'. This will force the seller to give you a shipping label (paying for it's return). Write down the tracking number and check it. Once it shows delivered, seller has 48 hrs to refund you. If they don't; go back to the return (same place, but will now be at the very bottom) and click 'escalate to ebay'- they will force a refund.

Do what the other person told you. Put the phone back in the box and tape up the box and have it ready to send back to the seller. Once you open the case, the seller has 3 days to refund or issue a return shipping label. He will issue a return shipping label. You print the label and tape it securely to the box. You take the box to the post office. You might have to input the tracking # somewhere in the case. Keep a copy of the tracking # for yourself too. Anyway, once the item arrives back to the seller, he is supposed to refund. A few days after you ship, if you see that the box has arrived , go to the case and ESCALATE it if the seller has not refunded. Ebay will step in and force a refund. They will then get the funds back from the seller.

Do NOT speak with the seler. If they tell you to close the case , tell them to go fly a kite. Do NOT accept the correct phone as an exchange. Ask for a refund and then buy the phone that you need from a seller that has great feedback and hopefully one that deals with cellphones. That seller already screwed you once, don't give him a chance to do it again. I know that he did it intentionally because if it was an honest mistake, he would have responded to your emails. Do NOT close the case. Do NOT buy anything from that seller!

Just open a return case, there are instructions on how to do so in your purchase history.

I'm confused. The item has arrived and you actually agreed with the previous poster who suggested opening a return. But you are disagreeing with the poster who gave the same information?

As an aside...although the item has arrived in this case it is possible to open a return case on an item that has not arrived. It's not a smart thing to do but it is possible. There has been many posts about it happening.

Yikes. You are correct. I got this post confused with the other one where the guy is going ballistic because the seller shipped the item on the estimated arrival day. I apologize to cubano### and the others. My mistake. Loooong day.
