Got scammed how can I get refund

Hi, i bought an iPhone 7, but the seller gave me an iPhone 6 and doesn't want to answer me. How can I get refunded please?

You’re located in Canada, I assume the seller is in the US?

If you did indeed open an item not as described dispute, the seller is probably trying to figure out how to send you a prepaid return label (he can’t). 

You’ll need to check with Canada Post how much it is to return the item tracked from your location to the seller’s then ask the seller to send you the funds to purchase the label yourself. 

If he refuses, you’ll be able to ask eBay to step in after a couple of days.

Already did what?? Sellers don't have to answer a 'return' opened. You just 'escalate' if you don't get a return label by the date that THAT Return Case says you can 'escalate by XX date')

Use 'Not As Described' as the 'reason'. This will force the seller to give you a shipping label (paying for it's return). Write down the tracking number and check it. Once it shows delivered, seller has 48 hrs to refund you. If they don't; go back to the return (same place, but will now be at the very bottom) and click 'escalate to ebay'- they will force a refund.
