Got a refund but not the return shipping label.

I requested a return of an item on ebay and the seller acepted my return. He also already refund me and I already have my money back. But I am not able to print the return shipping label, but I do have the email saying that I need to return that item on April 15... eBay is telling me "Actually, this case was decided in your favor. See the case details- opens in new window or tab  for more." But when I click on the link it says "Something went wrong" What I can do now?

It may have been refunded and there is nothing more to do.  If you cannot view the details or pull up a shipping label, it may have been closed already and resolved.

Are you using the App to process this or a computer/web browser?  I suggest trying other ways to log into eBay and check your purchase to be sure.  If you are using the App, try a computer and browser.  If on a computer try a different brand browser (chrome instead of edge, or firefox or safari, whatever your computer has) etc., just in case its an issue with the browser loading the page.

Otherwise, there may be nothing you need to do.  Hope it helps.

If the seller decided it wasn't worth the money to pay for return shipping plus refund your full payment, he probably figured it'd be more cost effective for him to just issue a refund.

And if that's the case, you can dispose of the item or use as you please.

Thank you so much! I already look at all of the browsers but still I don’t see the return shipping label and on the return details it is only showing me the refund summary and nothing to return this item. I contacted the seller and he told me to send the item back with the same address on the original package, and just provide him a tracking number… should I do it?

Once the refund was issued, the case was closed and you won't have access to a shipping label.

If the seller wants the item back, they need to buy a shipping label and send it to you.

Only if you want to pay the shipping or you simply cannot live with yourself if you keep the item.
