I sold a brand new & sealed dvd for nearly $100 then the buyer claims its not new has a few dents on box that i have a shrink wrap machine what a joke!. Ebay tells me to allow the return which i did now they decided to just side with her & i don't get the money or my dvd back!!! . She must be a smooth talking scammer and the ebay rep must have been a moron. I should have blocked her right away after getting this message before she bought at full price.

It is not a brand-new dvd it is a used dvd they put brand-new very miscommunication with there listing been asking for a QR CODE TWO RETURN THIS ITEM AND NEVER NO RESPONSE JUST IN MY OPINION BUYER'S BEWARE and the seller does not communicate just would like a full refund but the seller is dragging it out a very bad experience for me.

I'm so sorry this happened ... but I don't understand how eBay would have refunded the buyer IF you had accepted the return AND supplied the prepaid shipping label. Doing that would have prevented the buyer from asking eBay to step in.

The only time eBay refunds the buyer (without asking buyer to return the item) is if the seller refuses the return OR fails to provide the return label. [Another possibility is if the buyer went to their credit card company for a refund.]

I did approve the return and they had a label but never mailed it which baffles me how the return case could be upped to ebay to decide the outcome. I will find out monday.
