Trying to initiate a return of a defective item I purchased as a guest but EBAY says they don't have any record of my purchase. I have Order confirmation email, the order number, the item number but their automated ASSistant still says there is no record of the purchase. Any way to get in touch with a live person at Ebay?

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase.
