I just don’t understand why eBay can’t provide proper support like other websites. Think about the number of people buying and selling there every day—it must be among the top 10 e-commerce platforms. They take a significant chunk of every sale as fees, but what are they doing with all that money?
They been doing this for a long time and I don't think they understand how easy is to make customers go away and don't look back . What are the opinions now other than eBay ?

This is my favorite part of the responses to you.
| With over 18 million sellers, ebay can't possibly verify and validate each of them.
ebay is run by a 50 million dollar data chimp from Booz Allen. Why not? eBay “management” is asleep and many of the responses you see here are shills, “we don’t work for eBay(ers)”and dirtbag denialist sellers.
These heroes get paid in data scraps while eBay continues to be an inbred executive compensation scheme (until they hand off this turd to the lucky DEI winners) and stock valuation fraud.
Don’t you know? You weren’t supposed to buy THAT product here. It’s just not a good fit!!!

These are the front lines of local and global eBay dirtbaggery.
