How do I dispute a customers review? The description clearly said that the watch did not have a battery and would need to have a battery installed and yet the reviewer is complaining because the watch arrived without a battery(?)

Both negatives are much too old to get removed now. I think you must request removal in the first 30 days, or maybe 60, one or the other.

30 day max. Too late. Next time- within 30 is required- but know that in this case, the Neg would NOT be removed as it doesn't 'violate' anything'.

Are they perhaps reviews that might happen in the near future? Otherwise, the negative reviews now you have are old and will be gone soon. I have one. I'm over it. If they are in the near future reviews, certain words on feedback are not allowed per eBay and can be removed by CS ...such as "crook"..."thief"..."fake" and so on.

Exactly. How do they know they worked if they didn't install a battery to make sure they worked?
Been there done that myself. Bought a watch that only needed a battery, they said. Jeweler installed the battery and it didn't work because it needed a movement.
From now on I won't fall for battery not included or needs battery.
