Difficulty printing a return label

Has anyone ever had difficulty printing a return label? Repeatedly i click the print button and just get given a loading screen,  a preview of the shipping label is just  a blank page also. Is there a fix for this? is it a fault of the seller or ebay?

Change your browser to Google Chrome 

If not, call eBay and have them eMail you one

It's a technical issue and you're not the only person having it

It could be @adambill901 as even over there in your kingdom some sellers upload a near-zero-size PDF return label which will never print.

Just leave a private message for eBay on Facebook here (or open a one-time throwaway account on Facebook) with your name and so on, and tell eBay that you need the prepaid return label.

lots of buyers have a hard time with a return  label

the best advice I can think of is to change browsers or restart your PC

if that does not work you can notify ebay of the failure in the return portal

I am technically challenged to a certain degree and I used to be asked about sending a label by ebay

I woud state I could not do it and ebat wants to knw why..my answer was always I did not know how

that is why I signed up for 30 day free returns

I prefer to have ebay take care of that return  label for me and just leave me out of the loop
