Hello, I had a transaction defect placed on my account back of end of October. Buyer returned item without giving me tracking and opened a case once it delivered. I had no knowledge that the item was returned. I buy a lot of things online so it’s a lot of packages to go through . I refunded him as soon as possible before I could fully inspect the item to prevent a delay in the appeal process. I checked the item, item is good. Case closed. I appeal the case only for the defect not for the money. The defect was removed and I went on with my day. Fast forward a month it was added back on. Not on current seller evaluation but upcoming. I sent a email and got response that they will remove defect and said to wait 48 hours and defect not removed. I sent an other email regarding the same issue 72 hours later and for same response that defect will be removed in 48. Which is today. Will this defect still be removed ? I am unsure and this issue puts me below standard . Need help.
