DEFECTIVE ITEM.

On 12-9-22 ORDERD A  PURE CLEAN SMART ROBOT VACUMM CLEANER, DO TO COVID & SOME PERSONAL MEDICAL PROBLEMS IT WAS NOT OPENED UNTIL  THE FIRST WEEK IN FEB. INSIDE WAS A TYPED NOTICE DONTNOT START IF THE BLUE LIGHT WAS ON & CONTACT A PERSON LISTED, WELL LIGHT WAS ON & TRIED 3 TIMES TO CANTACT LISTED PERSON, SENT 2 EMAILS TO COMPANY LISTED AS SELLER. HAVE HAD NO RESPONCE FROM ANY ONE. WOULD LIKE SOME HELP!

Sorry to hear about your medical issues.  Hope things are now going better for you.

The problem here is this:  A buyer has 30 days to open an item not as described case with eBay and that's fairly well set in stone.

If you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days to open a case there.  Or, last resort, you can do a chargeback on your credit card.

eBay claims window is 30 days. Try contacting the manufacturer to see if they can help troubleshoot.

RECHARGING BATTERY
Before charging, make sure the battery is correctly installed.

The procedure of charging the product is as follows: Firstly, connect the adapter output into the DC jack, and then plug into power socket of the other end, a blue light will flash.

After fully charged, the indicator light will turn to solid blue light.

When the product runs out of power, LED indicator will turn red, which prompts the user to charge the product.

To ensure the best performance and lift span of the battery, please charge the product for at least 3 hours continuously. After fully charged for 3 hrs, indicator light will turn to solid blue light. The product can do cleaning after 3 hours charging.
