Custom on international returns

In an international return, if the product was not same as described then will buyer get custom duty/taxes refunded as its not buyer’s mistake because item was not same as described. Will buyer get refund for customs?

Very doubtful as 'customs fees' are not collected by Ebay or by the Seller- they are collected by your countries 'customs'.

You should be able to get the duties refunded from Canadian customs.
