An easy way to accomplish this would be using the Phone APP. When you are processing the return, there will be a photo icon that you can hit to upload or take new pictures to attach to the return. Again, this is assuming you have access and know how to use the Ebay Phone APP.

Do you have a smart phone?  Load the Ebay app on your phone.  Once it is loaded, sign into the account and then follow the directions that Chevymontecarlo88 posted.
