To initiate a return you MUST provide pics. I do not have that capability. So frustrated!!!

Do you have a relative or a neighbor with a cell phone that can help you?  Do you have a smart phone or a tablet and can you take a few photos and then go to the library and see if someone there can help you send the photo?

Can you not take pics, or do you not know how to hover over and 'Right click/Save' photos and upload them? If it's the former, you'll need help. If it's the latter, you can use that method to send a photo from the listing. Good luck...

Camera phones have been around for 23 years now. Digital cameras have been around for 25 years.

Not everyone can use a phone for taking photos.  Some of the older folks are afraid to try out something.  My dad never took any photos with a phone.  If he did take a photo with a camera, someone had to set up the shot, tell him where to stand and point out the button to touch to take the photograph.

Consider yourself blessed if you can take photos and use a tablet or computer.

Excusing the bare minimum of functionality in the late 1990s for ecommerce in 2023 is ludicrous.

Lots and Lots of us older folks can take pictures with our phones.      Heck....we can even still feed ourselves.
