Hi,
I have the following problem. I bought an item on eBay. Shipping, handling took a very long time (customs handling, etc.) and I decided to return it. I made a return (there was such an option in the purchased offer) - due to the long delivery period, I refused to accept the package. The package was sent back to the supplier (under the same number). I opened a return on eBay. The seller wrote that the package was still at customs and should reach me. eBay closed the case. I made an appeal - the decision was negative and final. After all this, two weeks later I received information that the package was returned to the seller and the seller picked it up (there is tracking). At the moment I can't open any case about this item on eBay, the seller is not responding. I don't have the money or the package. What can I do?
Best regards,
J.Sumara

When you refused the package you forfeit your Rights to Money Back Guarantee.
Also once a case has closed you cannot open another on the same transaction.
You could try to file a chargeback with your credit card or PayPal.

I suppose you could file a return item chargeback with your bank.

Refusing the package voided your MBG.
You should have accepted the package, then file for a return.

'I refused to accept the package'....lesson learned...never refuse a package you ordered.
Technically, you lose the package and seller might or might not give some sort of refund.

As everyone has noted, the cardinal sin of refusing the package removes any ebay protections as far as your being refunded. Your payment provider is the last resort at this point.
