Case status still shows my action required...I've already returned the item

Hi

I bought an item and what I received did not at all match the description or photos. I request a return, the seller claims I'm lying, but then opens a case. Ebay tells me to ship the item by Nov. 12. I printed Ebay's label and shipped the item, and it was delivered Nov. 8. Yet when I look at the case it still says my action is required and I need to ship the item. If I check the 'Return details' of the case it shows the return item was delivered on the 8th. Tomorrow is the 12th...should I be worried it hasn't updated yet?

There won't be any progress @vasiligoose and your case will automatically close without a refund.

To avoid that, you'll have to contact eBay. Most direct, leave a private message for eBay on Facebook here (or open a one-time throwaway Facebook account) with your name and so on, and alert eBay that the return has been delivered, to get your refund.

Open an eBay page

Top left corner, click on 'help & contact'

Click on 'buying'

Bottom of the page, left side, Click on 'returns and refunds'

Click on top of the page 'return an item for a refund '

Go to bottom right of the page, in very small print click on ' have us call you'

eBay will call you in 2-9 minutes

I can't for the life of me find the 'have us call you' link on the page...or anywhere on the website.

It's in light gray shade and fonts are half the size. You need to really look for it

https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10  In the left sidebar you can choose to chat or to have them call you
