Cannot reprint a returns label (printer ink had run out)

I instructed printing of returns label via the ‘print label’ button in the returns details, but the printer ink had run out, so no label image appeared. On going back to reprint the label with a fresh ink cartridge in the printer,  the ‘print label’ option in the returns details has gone. How can I reprint the postage label?

There should be an option to reprint the label in the email Ebay sent you after printing the first one.

Contacted ebay support - the seller had both instructed and completed a refund, the latter action of which had removed the need to print a label, hence the 'print label' button disappearing.
