Cancel a decision pressed by mistake - help

I gave permission to the customer to send me an item back after I mistakenly clicked on this option, how can the situation be restored?

Sorry but there is no undo for that.  Have to take care when clicking.

There's no undoing it. 

If he doesn't send it back by whatever date it shows the return to be by, you can go back to the request and have it closed and no refund will be issued.

You offer 30 day returns so buyer can return it for any/no reason.

I just looked at your listings and you have a return policy so you cannot deny returns. When you have a return policy, buyers can return for any reason or for no reason.

You didn’t tell us what option you wanted to choose.

If you wanted to refund the buyer without issuing a refund … I think you can still do that.  You aren’t charged for the shipping label until its used.

If you wanted to refuse the return … then that option wasn’t available to you because of your return policy.
