Can't update tracking number for a return using eBay Label

Hello,

I've seen a few similar threads, but I've returned something using eBay's print a label, but that page has never updated, even though the item was delivered today.

It won't let me add any sort of tracking number, let alone the correct one.

I've "added a note" to the case to state this, but there's no "get help" option here, so very frustrating.

And now I was able to add the tracking number, go figure.  Didn't work for days, and now it does...
