Can't post an item, description doesn't match title

Well this a new one... The title doesn't say anything about condition, it's a phone make, model, size, space,unlocked etc.   First line in description and condition both say used... Get I can't post it eBay gives me a line about title possibly not matching condition in description and recommends listing for parts and repair?  I even added used in the title, makes no difference.

Yes accidentally put in wrong category, mods can move it.

  I have now tried pre-owned, used etc in title and same problem .. way to go eBay.  

Current title - 

OnePlus 7T 128GB cell phone Unlocked 90hz hd1907 +glass shield/usb pre-owned

Tried all I can think of, condition selected is used and with used in the title and I added to the first line of listing -
