How do I get Ebay to contact me. I have contacted vendor who does not understand that a 2G phone will not work on the new towers. Getting the runaround. Need help getting Ebay to respond

Just asking….
why did you buy 2G phone if you knew it would not work?

File a "buyers remorse" return request.
IF you bought a 2G phone and now want to return it, you should cover shipping to the seller.

3G won't work either very soon, supposedly, although now they might have found the automobile makers need it.

You don't need for eBay to contact you. You don't need to message the vendor. If the phone was Not as Described in the listing, just open a Return request. You may have to send the phone back, but you'll get a refund.

Why file NAD if the item was described as 2G? @49houston hasn't answered the question yet but there certainly are sold listings for 2G phones, in which case, those items are described accurately.

I didn't say to file a NAD if the item was described as 2G. My post said "If the phone was Not as Described in the listing ... "
ETA: I noticed the OP hadn't addressed that issue, either.

You need 4G or higher these days.

Checked IMEI # and it checked out as a good number . Vendor assured it was fully functional on all GSM networks. Did not know until I tried to get on CC network.
