Can't get a return ticket for obsolete phone

How do I get Ebay to contact me. I have contacted vendor who does not understand that a 2G phone will not work on the new towers. Getting the runaround. Need help  getting Ebay to respond

Ebay told me to file a return request. I did manage to find a Ebay support # and they called me back within the 3 minutes stated. Unfortunately the vendor has little knowledge of the recent tower change as he continues to state the there is no problem making a 2G phone work on the new tower configuration. I have not been able to find the number for Ebay support, Ron White struck.

You're  not going to like my reply but here it is.

If I list a Nokia 110 cell phone, no scratches, excellent condition, includes charger, Free Shipping, No Returns and have front and back pictures and that's what you received, the exact phone in the picture I would not accept a buyer's remorse return.  That wouldn't  be a not as described case meaning it was not properly described.  The seller doesn't  have to have knowledge about everything they sell. 

If I list an Antron-99  antenna unused in the box shipped free and that's  all I said the buyer shouldn't be asking to return it because the antenna blew up because I didn't describe the watts it was rated for. That's  just crazy.
