First, check if you've already been refunded, which means you don't need to return, so there's no label.

Otherwise, contact eBay with a private message on Facebook http://facebook.com/ebay and ask eBay to email the return shipping label to you.

This will also reveal if your return shipping label @mroessler06 even ever existed, and it wasn't a technical.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
