I am attempting to return an item now.
I have typed in the "Add Details" box and added photos.
The "Confirm Return" button is blue but when I click it, nothing happens.
This is extremely frustrating. My connection is not the issue. If eBay servers are having downtime, over capacity or experiencing a DDOS attack that affects users-- that error should be loud and public.
It feels like eBay is broken but not announcing it in order to protect their business during the busy holiday season-- rather than being honest.

Ebay allows 30 days for returns. Have you exceeded that time?

Thank you! That's a helpful suggestion. But no. I am on day 18.

That actually worked.
I was in Firefox and switched to Microsoft Edge. Microsoft Edge, for whatever reason, worked.
Chromium-based browsers are less secure (which is why Firefox is my primary)-- but in this case, apparently my eBay session had to be using the Chromium engine. Thanks!

Glad it worked.
I use FireFox on my old PC, because it's about the only browser that'll work decent and I have a lot of issues on Ebay using it.
