Buyer will not Return Item

a buyer has requested a return on a damaged item 
they buyer said that they donated the item to a thrift store
i told hair that if there is no item there is no return
she opened a return case

now i have 4 days to provide a return label or she will be automatically refunded

what should i do?

Send the return label: that is all you can do at this time: also inform them that you will have to file fraud and theft with law enforcement if some other item is returned.

Not much else you can do: trying to get free item may be: but to send anything else back is fraud and theft: of course eBay is not law enforcement.

Send the return label. The return will be closed if they don't send you the item back.

Accept the return and send a shipping label, then leave it up to them to get it shipped back.

Hang on to the message about them donating it to a thrift store.
