All a buyer has to say is "not as described" and the sellers choice is "return for refund" or "refund without return"
IF you are waiting for eBay to step in you will lose, get a seller defect and not get your FVFs back.
It doesnt matter if you say 12 ways that the item is broken. When the buyer says Not As Described you lose.

The 30 Day MBG is still in play for Items sold in that category because you could have easily shipped an empty can of tuna instead of a monitor.

Selling junk is risky no matter now you describe it.
Buyers have the MBG and many know how to exercise it.
