Hello,
I sold some shoes to buyer she messaged me that the didn't fit and she wants to return them even though it stated clearly on my listing that I don't accept returns.
She went to try to return with return label that ebay provided then she emailed me saying this "Hello. I was at the post office today. I can not send. I was told that the weight of the parcel did not match the label. Please send another option to send." What do i do i cant make new label?
Also this is what ebay has said
The buyer has until Feb 8 to ship the item back. If you choose to refund the buyer now, then the return will close and you shouldn't expect to receive the item.
If the buyer doesn't ship the item back by Feb 8, we may close the return automatically and you will not be required to refund the buyer.

If this was the return shipping label generated by eBay the buyer is getting the wrong information from the Post Office. eBay has an agreement with USPS on return shipping labels. The buyer needs to use the eBay return shipping label. Meanwhile I'm assuming you have contacted eBay to report this issue, and make sure the buyer doesn't try to escalate the claim.

Hello, yes i have contacted ebay they told me that i have to either buy a new label out of ebay or tell seller to buy new label and then to give me tracking details. What should i do? I dont want negative feedback.

That information you received when you contacted ebay is 100% false.
Tell the buyer to just have the carrier do a pickup, go another time to another clerk or a different post office (if possible).
ALL RETURN LABELS have an 'F' which is First Class, but that label also says 'RETURN' so even though the parcel is over 16 oz., it is still supposed to go through, per deal with ebay and USPS (as stated by others)

This is exactly what ebay agent told me
I was also able to check this further on my end and it shows that the buyer messaged you about the label. This is what I can suggest to you now, you can either send the buyer a new label by buying a new label outside eBay and then sending the label through eBay messages and then the buyer can add the new tracking number of the item on their end.
and
Or the buyer can buy the label outside eBay and then upload the tracking number here on eBay and then the buyer can be reimbursed for the return label of the item after the item has been delivered.
and..
For the unused label, you can go ahead and have this reimbursed also after the item has been delivered through us.

I'm with the others... have the buyer drop it in the bin. It'll make it back to you.
