I sold a game console where the left side was loose due the shell having two broken screw posts.
I stated this issue in the description and took photos of all angles of the console, with three of them clearly showing how the left side was loose.

Buyer now opened a return request for "missing or broken pieces" stating the same issue that was in the description.
Message from buyer:
I purchased this item from this customer, thinking that I was buying something that was used but not damaged, if I knew that it has parts missing and broken I would have never bought this piece of junk! He never explained in the description that it had any problems but clearly the console is missing screws and coming apart!!! He knew this all along, never said anything just thought he could rob me of my money, I want a full refund back!!!

Actually...
They already have the negative. I would get this buyer to go full frontal meltdown on me and then use that to show in a DM to ebay on facebook or twitter just what a nutjob they are.
If they are willing to make up reality at will then they really only need some gentle encouragement to go right off the rails.
Also it would be fun.

As far as anyone is concerned, this buyer has a flawless reputation with 100% positive ratings.
Your reply was very good -- until your made the "block ASAP" announcement.
As to the buyer's "flawless reputation," most experienced sellers know to check a buyer's feedback left for others when potential buyers send offers or questions. Those sellers block such buyers and preempt what you dealt with. (And FWIW, I've dodged dozens of bullets by adding IDs to my BBL when buyers' feedback left is problematic.)

I've started doing that as well recently, but I didn't see any red flags from this buyer's feedback left for others until today.

Why?
You don't think we should block that buyer?

Why? Because IDs are anonymized and anyone checking the OP's feedback wouldn't know who to block.
And if the buyer tried to purchase from another seller, they probably wouldn't block based on a reply to feedback from another seller. They would look at that buyer's feedback left for others and make the decision themselves based on what they see.

I'll wait until the deadline approaches, then I'll message him.

Not unless you ask.
I'd like to block them.

As a collector myself, if they were more concerned about condition, they would've reviewed the description and photos carefully.

He lied about me "switching up my profile" whatever that means and keeps denying the the issue was stated in the listing. I mean, you can just click the listing and the description is right there. I'm pretty sure there's no way a seller can edit a description in the listing after it has ended.
What should I do?
I am a little late to the game here, but that portion of the feedback statement is impossible:
"...AND HE SWITCHED UP HIS PROFILE AND SAID IT WAS LISTED..."
(it appears that you are being accused of changing the listing description AFTER the sale)
The seller is not able to alter any information in the original listing after the sale, so ebay MIGHT remove this negative since it is an obvious false accusation (only the fact's ma'am)

Thanks, just spoke to an ebay agent and he said we will need to wait until June 25th for the buyer to return the item. If the buyer fails to return the item, then they can remove the negative feedback.

Spoke to another agent and they said I need to send a request to remove the negative feedback.
What I entered in the request form:
The listing description clearly states that the item has two broken screw posts, so the left side of the item is a little loose. The photos in the listing clearly show this issue.
The buyer opens a return request citing the same issue that was already stated in the listing description.
I messaged him to let him know the issue was as described in the listing, but he repeatedly denies this fact.
I accepted the return and provided a prepaid return label, even though I was not the one at fault here.
The buyer still has not returned the item yet.
The buyer left this negative feedback falsely accusing me of changing the listing description after the item was sold, which is impossible as sellers cannot alter any information in the original listing after a sale.

This is true. If you have "Free Returns" the first CSR was also correct.
Basically you send in the request and you get denied almost immediately for "did not break any ebay policy" even if they clearly did.
Supposedly they are getting better at removing feedback. I feel maybe only slightly better but slightly better is still almost 100% denials
Then you DM ebay at twitter of FB.

If ebay denies the request, will they still remove it if the buyer doesn't return the item, as the first CSR said? I do not have "Free Returns" set.
